Qualified Builder wanting to upskill to Team Leader / Foreman

Frontier Construction is a residential building company specialising in high-end, architectural deigned new builds and renovations. Our work is primarily in central and northwest of Auckland, but we can have projects throughout the Greater Auckland Region. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and customer service. We and have some exiting new projects planned for 2025 and we are looking for Qualified Builder to join our team.

This role is for a Qualified Builder ready to advance. We will help you gain the skills needed to eventually lead your own team as foreman

You are:

1. A Qualified Builder with expense in residential projects in New Zealand

2. You will have been working in as a qualified builder for a few years and now looking to up skill to the next level and take on more responsibility.

3. Ready to take on the role of foreman when required and assist in the day to day running of a work site, including coordinating staff, materials and subcontractors.

4. You will have the skill and experience to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship

5. Be happy to share your knowledge and support our junior team members.

6. A reliable, motivated team member with a strong work ethic and pride in your work.

7. Own vehicle with a full NZ driver’s license

8. Site Safe experience

9. Basic hand tools and battery-powered tools
