We are currently seeking experienced Timber Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join our amazing team.

About the role:

This role plays a key part in our business ensuring our custom made joinery is made precisely to specification through applying experienced joinery skills and acquired craftsmanship which guarantees the end product achieves the best possible finish and keeps our valued customers happy. A component to the role includes working in all areas of the factory as required including as a subject matter expert and mentor to the Junior Timber Joiners.

What we are offering:

Minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Remuneration of $29.70 per hour.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing exceptional timber joinery to specification, error free and on time;

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times;

• Support the factory with other skills as and when required; and

• Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety practices and procedures.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a timber joiner, cabinet maker furniture maker or relevant trade qualification;

• Ability to read plans and understand technical drawings;

• A clean and valid Driver’s Licence or prepared to obtain;

• Be physically fit and capable of lifting;

• Provide exceptional customer service;

• Strong communication skills;

• Attention to detail; and

• Be self-motivated with a positive and friendly approachable.
