The successful applicant will:

1. Thrive working both as an individual, as well as part of a busy team

2. Hold a current Vehicle Inspector Certificate of Appointment

3. Maintain a high standard of work under pressure

4. Have a positive attitude more infectious than a new car smell

The core responsibilities for this role include:

1. Overseeing the general workload of the entire automotive team

2. Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to the expected standards

3. Servicing and repairs on all makes and models of cars, 4wd's, light vehicles

4. Installation of ARB 4x4 Accessories

5. Performing WOF inspections

6. Supervision and training of apprentices

7. Communicating with customers

8. Communicating with back of house
