Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced manager for our civil engineering projects. Following the retirement of one of our project managers, this crucial role will ensure continued excellence in project management and tendering. You will be working with a team of project managers and site supervisors at the heart of our operations, managing diverse projects across Whakatane with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from pricing, bidding, to on-site management and contract management.

• Oversee 3 Waters projects, along with earth moving, concreting, and asphalting.

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance on all project aspects.

• Provide guidance to foremen and coordinate with sub-contractors.

• Foster strong working relationships with local councils and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience in 3 Waters and related fields.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, civil construction.

• In-depth knowledge of materials, methods, and machinery in 3 Waters projects.

• Experience in pricing, tender submissions, and contract management.
